Hon Tulip Siddiq MP

Tulip Rizwana Siddiq MP is a British Labour Party and Co-operative Party politician. She was elected Member of Parliament (MP) for Hampstead and Kilburn at the 2015 general election.

She is vice-chairwoman of the All-Party Parliamentary Group against Antisemitism and a member of the Women and Equalities Select Committee. She was previously a councillor for Regent's Park and Cabinet Member for Culture and Communities in Camden Council.

She spent some of my early childhood in Asia, where she saw first-hand the impact that poverty can have on people’s life chances. It has made her determined to help the most vulnerable and fight for social mobility.

Prior to becoming Labour’s MP here, she most recently worked for Brunswick Group LLP in corporate social responsibility, working with major British manufacturers and transport companies to strengthen their use of apprenticeship schemes and build on links with local communities and schools.
